Step In invites you to explore the heart of Christianity — to discover, experience, and be transformed by grace.
Away from media distortions, this is a space of honesty and welcome — where you can reflect, ask real questions, and encounter the Christian faith for yourself.
Whether you’re searching for meaning, curious about faith, or just wondering what life is really about — Step In is for anyone aged 14 and up who wants to explore the Christian path and find deeper purpose.
Step In is the faith exploration program by St. Anthony’s Parish — our take on the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA). Whether you’re curious, returning to the Church, or seeking a deeper relationship with God, Step In invites you to explore at your own pace.
We are an English-speaking Roman Catholic parish serving the international community in the Vicariate of Vlaams-Brabant and Mechelen, Belgium. For decades, St. Anthony’s has been a welcoming spiritual home where faith, friendship, and belonging thrive.
Step In is free and open to anyone who wants to discover more about the Catholic faith in a warm, supportive space.

Whether you’re unbaptised, from another Christian tradition, Catholic but not practicing, or simply searching for meaning — you’re welcome here.
Even if you know little about Christianity, this could be the perfect starting point.
Step In offers a space for honest questions, real conversations, and personal growth — without pressure or judgment.

Our approach
Step In is inspired by Sycamore, a global faith exploration program that began at Newman House University Chaplaincy in London. Based on the story of Zacchaeus, it encourages fresh perspectives on life and faith through short films and open, pressure-free discussions.
We use Sycamore’s rich content and adapt it for our own community — creating space for curiosity, questions, and deeper understanding.
